Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive & Business Development Manager

Locations: Islamabad | Multan | Faisalabad

Position 1: Business Development Executive

Role Summary: As a BDE, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct client engagement and solution-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits and meet potential clients in the retail & corporate sector.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Generate and follow up on new business leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (Software/ERP sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality.
Position 2: Business Development Manager

Role Summary: As a BDM, you will lead business development efforts in your region, manage a sales team, and drive strategic growth by securing high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with key accounts & large enterprises.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives.
  • Build strong networks through market research, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement & innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B/ERP/Software sales.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent networking and deal-closing ability.
  • Self-starter with a passion for driving business growth.
