Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating moving logistics, and handling inquiries. The role also involves negotiating contracts, preparing service reports, and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in the logistics or moving industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
