HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Identifying business leads for bulk sale deals / pre-network deployment.
  • Attend networking activities for research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of network layout & roadmap.
  • Develop quotes & proposals for clients as per their needs.
  • Successfully close & get MOUs signed from bulk deal owners i.e., building owners.
  • Meet bulk deal targets i.e., high rise building targets, new developing societies.
  • Responsible for end-to-end process from identification till deployment & onboarding of customers.
  • Follow up on bulk deals which are in pipeline & get them deployed within SLA time.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated on offerings by competition to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • Ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Experience:

  • Experience in the field of business development, preferably in the telecom sector.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing of the service industry.

Competencies:

  • Marketing and Sales Acumen.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Service Standard Implementation.
  • Communication.
