What We Seek

Lead the Analysis of requirements to craft comprehensive features and products within an agile environment. Demonstrate impeccable management of product backlogs, showcasing the ability to prioritize features effectively. Collaborate with Product Owners to achieve business objectives within the designated operational area or domain. Possess advanced communication and persuasion skills to facilitate timely consensus among stakeholders involved in product development. Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and solutions within the product domain, with potential impacts on other areas. Mentor and train fellow Business Analysts to adeptly execute tasks within their respective domains. Generate creative solutions with a focus on cost-effectiveness, usability, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analysis role, leading end-to-end requirements management throughout the project development lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Management field. A profound affinity for products, with a keen interest in user experience, solution design, and design thinking. Expertise in:
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Applications, etc.
  • Business Process Modeling
  • Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Snagit, etc.)
