Position Summary and Purpose

Analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and lead projects to improve processes. Working closely with various departments, create a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that operational excellence becomes embedded in day-to-day business practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align improvement initiatives with the company's long-term business goals and strategic priorities, such as cost reduction, delivery efficiency.
  • Develop and implement performance frameworks to measure and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement new methodologies or technologies (e.g., digital transformation, data analytics) to future-proof operations.
  • Identify high-impact improvement areas and define roadmaps for OEE and operational excellence.
  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement projects across departments to address bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
  • Use SAP for driving the insights for process improvement opportunities and monitor the live data.
  • Develop interdepartmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their adherence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between production, maintenance, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Analyze data to track and report equipment and area wise OEE.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution by monitoring project timelines and their respective deliverables.

Qualification, Knowledge, and Skills

  • At least a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills
  • SAP, Power BI, MS Office
  • GMP
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement Expertise
  • Technical Knowledge of Equipment and Processes
  • Project Management Skills
  • Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
