Job Purpose:

  • To ensure effective and compliant end-to-end fuel management across the region by overseeing fuel consumption, reconciliation, audits, and vendor coordination. The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, minimizing unjustified fuel usage, and supporting OPEX savings in alignment with organizational policies, targets, and audit requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end regional fuel operations in alignment with assigned targets, policies, and defined processes.
  • Coordinate with FOPs teams for the implementation of OPEX-saving and fuel efficiency measures.
  • Reconcile fueling data with MS Vendor and HQ, and maintain records for audit purposes.
  • Track and follow up on unjustified fuel consumption.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of fuel pumps, fueling vehicles/teams, MDG vans, chronic unjustified fuel sites, and high fuel consumption sites across all sub-regions.
  • Share audit findings with FOPs and MS Vendors and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with FOPs and MS Vendors to ensure fuel reconciliation is completed in line with contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate daily with NOMC and MS Vendors for operational issues, card bifurcations, adjustments, target reconciliations, and fulfillment of fuel requirements.
  • Maintain records of all fuel cards, fueling vehicles, fueling stations, and update on new inductions or exclusions.
  • Perform monthly fuel closing and clear variances between uplifted and dispersed fuel transactions.
  • Verify UACs in accordance with the MS contract and ensure full compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Responsible for the execution of all assigned field operations projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and quality standards.

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree is required.
