Supply Chain Associate Utilities Haripur/HattarMission Statement

To realize production and maintenance activities with minimum cost and maximum efficiency in utilities department on Compressors Ammonia Chiller system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Have good knowledge of compressors ammonia system (HP, LP). Hands-on maintenance experience for mechanical and utilities equipment.
  • Lead operator and qualified operator development and training on quality, H&S, operation procedures, and instructions. Assess development areas and training needs.
  • Manage daily work distribution of operators to meet production planning demands.
  • Work in accordance with machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions and procedures for quality and efficient production. Manage and direct product changes according to procedures.
  • Provide daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of production lines, troubleshoot malfunctions, and record them according to procedures. Ensure cleaning and orderliness of the production area in line with GMP and 6S rules.
  • Train all line operators on quality, maintenance, safety, operation procedures, and instructions.
  • Participate in internal audits and GMP practices, and ensure corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.
  • Ensure waste separation and proper disposal in designated areas.
  • Maintain failure/stop records of machines in SAP, report nonconformities, and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare necessary raw material and auxiliary material demands.
  • Record work activities using SAP maintenance and production modules.
  • Ensure correct operation of SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems.
  • Support the development of operators' skills and follow up on their annual leave and overtime.
