Business Development Executive-Remote

Job Description: UK-based AI agency seeks a lead generation and business development professional. Location: Remote - Pakistan (work from home). Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation and business development or outbound sales (preferred in IT, software, AI, or digital marketing services). Fluent in ENGLISH (written plus spoken) is mandatory. This is a long-term role, but continuation is strictly performance-based.
Responsibilities- Execute and manage email outreach campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn and free lead tools for lead generation and email scraping.
- Build targeted lead lists and extract verified emails from relevant sources.
- Give product demos and basic training to international clients (Zoom, Meet, etc).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, taking the initiative.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Strong experience with email scraping tools.
- Optional but preferred - Cold calling potential as and when needed.
Salary: PKR 70,000–90,000 (based on experience). Attractive commission structure.
