
Product Sales Specialist

We want someone who's driven by a 10x mindset and isn't afraid to think outside the box, can drive a web based sales, and work creatively with our marketing team to build interest and drive sales.
In this dynamic role, you will help define the product roadmap, client journey through the sales process and help to build compelling content and sales strategies. As we advance and evolve in product development, you will collaborate with our marketing team to craft innovative content and sales solutions. Your efforts will drive success across multiple channels, including online platforms, in-person interactions, and sales calls. We know old fashioned sales techniques, pitches, and strategies don't work anymore, and we want you to help bring our products into the new world of AI and automations for selling.
We're looking for a dynamic thinker that can raise the bar for sales with our new to market products. With comprehensive product training, you'll have the expertise to develop innovative product sales strategies in collaboration with our marketing team, and craft compelling sales collateral and content tailored for online clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help define new product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Create sales strategies for new products
- Working with marketing, build collateral for new products
- Automate and streamline sales processes
- Optimize sales through improved messaging and content
- Engage with potential new clients in sales calls and demos
- Be the expert on Silverdale and Silverdale products
- Maintain up-to-date information on leads and pipeline
- Embrace and work within Silverdale processes and culture
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Sales team lead or management experience
- Experience bringing new products to market
- AI and automation experience for sales
- Ability to present company solutions through demos
- Lead and pipeline management
- Ability to build a long term pipeline
- Extensive experience closing sales opportunities
- Software knowledge is an advantage
- Odoo sales experience or knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English skills

- Manage an active pipeline to close sales.
- Manage a sales team, team goals, and team pipeline
- You will be signing a Bond for 2 Years at least, which is renewable as and when required.
- As the majority of clients are in the US, you will be required to work on US hours.
