Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our Telecom division. The ideal candidate will have 3 to4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, particularly within the telecom or technology sectors, with a strong understanding of technical roles and fast-paced hiring environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source qualified candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews with relevant teams.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to4 years of relevant recruitment experience (preferably in the telecom industry).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, especially for technical roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS and modern hiring tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Telecom industry recruitment experience is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of technical job functions like RF, RAN, MW, and IT roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.
