Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, organise and participate in overseas placement promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential candidates.
  2. Liaise with overseas agents to facilitate the application process, ensure they are up-to-date on company developments and provide support during agent training.
  3. Maintain accurate records of overseas reference documents related to various countries and provide expert advice to staff on candidate qualifications.
  4. Provide comprehensive information on salary packages, allowances, taxes, accommodation and travel arrangements to potential clients.
  5. Offer professional guidance and support on recruitment matters to line managers and departmental heads.
  6. Advise managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
  7. Create job descriptions and person specifications that meet business needs.
  8. Compose compelling job advertisements and determine the most effective channels for advertising job openings.
  9. Design or revise application forms, including the development of online processes, to improve the candidate experience.
  10. Prepare other recruitment materials as required, such as brochures and further particulars.
  11. Develop innovative solutions to address recruitment challenges and find suitable candidates.
  12. Evaluate candidate applications, shortlist suitable candidates and devise appropriate selection processes.
  13. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with current employment legislation and keep line managers informed of any relevant changes.
  14. Manage selection centres for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies.
  15. Provide training on interviewing techniques and the role of assessors at selection centres.
  16. Collaborate in developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to organisational restructuring.
  17. Assist in implementing redundancy programmes, which may involve developing early retirement packages and voluntary redundancy schemes.
