To protect IBEX infrastructure from emerging threats and assist the organization in achieving its business objectives, a senior-level Information Security (IS) resource is required.

This position has a strong background in Network and Cyber Security functions, responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of the IT Security Roadmap and security processes to safeguard IBEX Global assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive network security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust network security architecture, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and other security solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks across all network layers, ensuring industry best practices are adhered to.
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive network security policies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Monitor and test network and system vulnerabilities, conducting proactive threat research.
  • Manage daily operations, including monitoring network traffic, analyzing logs, and responding to security threats.
  • Coordinate with IT and non-IT departments to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO27001, and CIS controls.
  • Assist during client security audits and assessments, participating in change management processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with cloud security concepts, leveraging experience with related technologies.
  • Possess a deep understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and encryption techniques.
  • Hold relevant security certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP), with knowledge or experience working with PCI DSS and ISMS 27001 standards.
  • Utilize security tools such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), vulnerability scanning, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience working with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
  • Showcase strong communication skills, essential for success in this role.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Telecommunications.
  • Experience: 8 to 10+ years in network security and operations.
  • Work Schedule: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am PKST / 4:00 pm - 1:00 am PKST.
