Role Description

The Human Resource & Legal Officer is responsible for comprehensive management of human resources and legal compliance within the institution. This role oversees a workforce of more than 1,000 employees at DHQ Hospital, Bahawalnagar, the second largest DHQ in Punjab, Pakistan. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the officer manages legal documentation, provides legal counsel on employment matters, and upholds ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
  • Skills in Job Description Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Bahawalnagar District
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare or the public sector is a plus
