The RoleYou Will Be Responsible For- Driving sales objectives and achieving targets within the commercial budget.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
- Building a high-performing team through mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
- Recognizing top achievers and implementing performance management actions.
- Using proper databases and tools to track performance.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and conducting competitor analysis.
- Identifying new business opportunities through lead follow-up and research.
- Generating new business by understanding client needs and offering relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Setting and driving weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Delivering sales skills training to the team.
- Coaching sales teams to apply training in real scenarios.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or Digital Marketing within Internet, Media & Entertainment, and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industries.
- Experience in these industries is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
