The RoleYou Will Be Responsible For
  • Driving sales objectives and achieving targets within the commercial budget.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Building a high-performing team through mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Recognizing top achievers and implementing performance management actions.
  • Using proper databases and tools to track performance.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and conducting competitor analysis.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through lead follow-up and research.
  • Generating new business by understanding client needs and offering relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Setting and driving weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Delivering sales skills training to the team.
  • Coaching sales teams to apply training in real scenarios.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or Digital Marketing within Internet, Media & Entertainment, and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industries.
  • Experience in these industries is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
