This role is to maintain and improve the Buksh Motors Market Image. This involves the development and implementation of after sales plans. It also involves improving the effectiveness of all after sale customer service activities of the whole Region.

Principle Accountabilities:
  1. Forecast goals and objectives for after sale department and strive to meet them.
  2. Provide the highest level of service and value to our customers.
  3. Build relationships and rapport with customers.
  4. Retain existing customers and promote new customers.
  5. Follow the set procedure from receiving customer till delivery of vehicle and follow-up.
  6. Fix it right the first time, maintain the highest standard of service and minimize come backs.
  7. Ensure compliance with brand warranty and policy procedures.
  8. Serve as liaison with brand representatives.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures as per each brand CI standards.
  10. Identify future requirements and expansion plans for each service centre in terms of equipment, manpower, parts stock level, etc.
  11. Assist in annual business plan and achieving goals for the after sales department.
  12. Communicate with all brand principles on technical issues, campaign completions, recalls, warranty, procurement of accessories, and training of technical and non-technical staff.
  13. Ensure in-house and abroad training of staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  14. Control & monitor compliance with all rules and regulations.
  15. Liaise with accounts and shipment department for smooth operations in terms of receiving shipments of parts, accessories, and tools.
  16. Perform any other activity assigned by Operations Sales.
