Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the market image of a renowned motor company.
  • Develop and implement effective after-sales plans to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Lead customer service activities across the region, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Establish goals and objectives for the after-sales department.

This role involves fostering relationships with customers, retraining existing ones, and attracting new customers. The ideal candidate will adhere to established procedures from customer reception to vehicle delivery and follow-up, ensuring high standards of service and minimizing returns.

The successful applicant will achieve first-time fix rates, maintain compliance with brand warranty and policy requirements, and act as a liaison with brand representatives. Additionally, they will develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with each brand's CI standards.

This role requires identifying future requirements and expansion plans for each service center in terms of equipment, manpower, parts stock levels, etc. The ideal candidate will assist in annual business planning and goal achievement for the after-sales department.

Effective communication, negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, monitoring abilities, coordination, judgment & decision-making ability, and clear speech are essential for this role.
