Job Description

Business development for Shariah compliant investments/mutual funds is a key responsibility in this role.

The job entails:

  1. Hiring, retaining, and motivating the sales team to achieve success.
  2. Achieving assigned sales targets of the branch and sales team through strategic planning.
  3. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships by understanding their needs.
  4. Ensuring quality sales based on thorough client risk assessment.
About the Role

This position requires strong knowledge of capital and financial markets to drive business growth.

Preferably, candidates should have work experience with financial institutions (Investment Management, Banks, Insurance, etc.) to bring relevant skills.

Good communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Able candidates must have own conveyance for easy mobility.

A good understanding of the business area is required (local market trends).

A competitive remuneration package will be offered including fixed salary and incentives.

This role is based in Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan.
