Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketer with 4-5 year of experience in the field, particularly within the tech industry, to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth. As a Digital Marketer at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the tech industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to track user behavior, website traffic, and campaign performance, and generate reports to share insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence and performance.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and other digital initiatives to engage prospects and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the tech industry preferred.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies in the ever-evolving field of digital marketing.
