About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Associate to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our social media presence, lead content creation, and support digital campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or any relevant field.
  • 6 Months to 1 year of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Freshers can also apply based on self learning knowledge & Certifications
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe tools a plus).
  • Experience with paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make improvements.
  • Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
