JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for an experienced Assistant Manager Recruitment with over 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidates having experience in UAE based recruitments will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in headhunting, talent sourcing, and managing the full recruitment cycle across various industries. Prior experience in a recruitment agency setting is highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to different industry demands.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, UAE focused job boards, and social media to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Identify and secure senior-level talent while building and maintaining a robust pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic hiring guidance.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations to meet hiring targets, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment best practices, and labor laws.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of core recruitment and talent acquisition experience, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple recruitment projects.
  • Proficiency in multiple job boards, head-hunting techniques, using LinkedIn and other digital sourcing platforms.
