Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create, post, and refresh engaging job advertisements on various online job boards, including but not limited to Indeed.
  • Actively manage candidate applications received through job board platforms, ensuring timely review and disposition.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Demonstrated experience in posting and managing job applications on popular job boards such as Indeed is essential.
  • Familiarity with other job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, local job sites) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
