Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Salary: PKR 20,000 per month (fixed)

Arbete Careers is a specialized recruitment agency, partnering with clients across industries to deliver top talent. We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant (Remote) to support our recruitment operations and ensure smooth candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management

  • Update and maintain candidate records in ATS (Manatal or similar).

  • Build and organize candidate pipelines once a new requisition is received from a client.

  • Job Posting & Sourcing

  • Publish job adverts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and others.

  • Source CVs through job boards, social media, and internal database searches.

  • Pre-screen CVs for mid-career and fresher-level roles.

  • Candidate Engagement

  • Call and follow up with candidates to gather required details and updates.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

  • Assist in employer branding activities to attract quality talent.

  • Recruitment Operations Support

  • Prepare and share recruitment progress reports with management.

  • Assist with candidate assessments, documentation, and data accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR coordination

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Manatal, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse) is a plus.

  • Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

  • Ability to work and deliver tasks in the early hours of the morning.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
