Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for ERP optimization.
  • Design, configure, and customize ERP solutions to align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementation, including deployment, and integration.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on ERP functionalities, database structures, deployment processes, and data management best practices.
  • Utilize your database expertise to optimize ERP data structures, enhance performance, and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops to empower end-users and facilitate smooth ERP adoption.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and customization, with a strong emphasis on functional expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of database systems, including database design, SQL querying, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ERP projects, preferably across multiple industries or domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
