Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the enterprise ERP vision and roadmap in alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on ERP strategy, architecture, and performance.
  • Promote adoption of digital tools and process automation, leveraging Zoho ERP functionalities where applicable.
  • Lead cross-functional governance for ERP projects, ensuring clear decision-making and prioritization.

ERP Management & Execution

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP system implementation, integration, upgrades, and support across functions.
  • Ensure ERP architecture, data models, and workflows meet current and future business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, especially with Zoho and related implementation partners.
  • Establish strong KPIs to monitor ERP effectiveness and value delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with functional leaders (Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to define requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Facilitate change management and user adoption through structured communication and training programs.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Team Development & Governance

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing ERP team (internal and vendor-based).
  • Establish strong controls, compliance protocols, and data governance within ERP systems.
  • Maintain documentation, risk management plans, and audit readiness related to ERP operations.
