The incumbent will:


•Provide network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.


•Deliver desktop support for end-users, including hardware/software troubleshooting, updates, and configurations.


•Handle installations of operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
•Provide ERP support, including user account management, troubleshooting ERP issues, and coordinating with ERP vendors when required.


•Maintain system documentation, track IT assets, and ensure data security best practices.


•Assist in regular system upgrades, backups, and preventive maintenance.


•Provide timely IT support to ensure minimal downtime for business operations.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments and desktop troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic database concepts.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, preferably with ERP exposure. (Experience of NGO will be preferred)
