Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Corporate Outreach and Business Development Manager to drive growth through corporate partnerships and direct sales. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with major corporations in Pakistan, a proven track record in partnership development, corporate sales, and key account management.

The role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, managing and expanding existing accounts, and generating sales aligned with company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Outreach & Lead Generation:

Proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with decision-makers at large corporations across Pakistan.

Client Acquisition:

Onboard new corporate clients through customized proposals, presentations, and negotiation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Partnership Development:

Develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue, brand visibility, and market expansion.

Key Account Management:

Act as the main point of contact for major corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets from corporate clients.

Relationship Building:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

Reporting and Forecasting:

Prepare regular reports on outreach, pipeline development, sales performance, and account status for leadership review.

Requirements:

Experience: Upto 5 years in corporate sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably with exposure to major corporations in Pakistan.

Network: Strong existing relationships with key decision-makers in large corporates (e.g., HR Heads, Procurement Leads, Admin Heads, C-level).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Other: Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
