Responsible for leading payments, receivables, liquidity market management, account management, and client advisory activities for Industry/Client-specific Cash management solutions within the Corporate & Investment Banking segment in Pakistan. Maintain relationships with the State Bank of Pakistan for ongoing discussions and contribute to commercial and regulatory projects.

• Develop bespoke complex client or industry solutions through innovation, digitization, or regulatory engagement to address client or industry challenges.

• Act as a client-oriented and trusted advisor, understanding client needs and challenges, and developing solutions/products that add value and mutual benefits.

• Lead the creation of an inclusive work environment, fostering growth, learning, and innovative thinking to adapt to rapid changes in payments and digital sectors.
Within Pakistan, drive the cash product vision and strategy. Articulate the business value of the product suite for clients and stakeholders, including:

• Provide an end-to-end product lifecycle architecture, mapping technology and data ecosystems, processes, and governance.

• Develop a detailed operating plan with product release timelines, coordinating activities across risk, legal, compliance, technology, and other teams.

• Lead client needs analysis, integrating market and industry insights to identify unmet needs.

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and loss/win analysis to identify product gaps.

• Generate new revenue streams through product innovation and enhance existing revenue via process efficiencies and digitization.

• Develop product commercialization plans aligned with client value propositions for different industries and markets.

• Address business pain points with pragmatic, scalable solutions.

• Manage product launch, commercialization, and resource planning.

• Drive product digitization initiatives with the Transaction Banking Digital and Data team.

• Build value propositions with digital partners to enhance client value and operational efficiency.

• Review and adjust resource capacity based on business needs.

• Maintain deep knowledge of local regulations and industry initiatives to stay ahead of regulatory changes.

• Provide proactive advice on regulatory, reputational, and ethical matters to sales and implementation teams.

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Manage product risks within the country and across markets.

• Define pricing strategies and guidelines for the product.

Transaction Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking experience preferred.
