Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking a Senior Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to join our ERP team at Devsinc. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting enhancements and custom solutions across D365 Finance and Operations modules using X++, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies. You will contribute to solution architecture discussions and support deployments across various industries and enterprise clients. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, proactive problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow into a technical lead or architect role within the ERP ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize solutions using X++, .NET, and MS SQL Server for Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Implement form customizations, integrations, batch jobs, workflows, and SSRS reports
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and development tasks
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand business needs and develop technical solutions
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and bug fixes in production
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce DevOps practices, and improve code quality
  • Work with project managers, QA, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain technical documentation, including architecture and code design
  • Guide junior developers and contribute to best practices within the team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications (e.g., MB-500) are a plus
  • Additional training in ERP development, cloud integration, or performance tuning is beneficial
Requirements:
  • Skills in designing, developing, and customizing solutions with X++, .NET, and MS SQL Server for Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Experience with form customizations, integrations, batch jobs, workflows, and SSRS reports
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills
  • Experience providing technical support and resolving issues in production environments
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and code review processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and document technical solutions
