INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Lead Performance Management to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of talent, employee engagement, and organizational growth across industries. As a Lead Performance Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee productivity, drive continuous improvement, and align talent development with business objectives. What You'll Lead And Deliver

  • Develop, implement, and improve performance management systems and processes.
  • Partner with leaders to establish and communicate performance expectations and goals.
  • Manage the performance review process, ensuring timely feedback.
  • Identify development needs and create programs to address skill gaps.
  • Provide coaching on performance management best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends.
  • Address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
  • Ensure practices comply with legal and company policies.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct training on performance management tools and processes.
  • Create employee recognition programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, with proficiency in related tools and systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and influence at all organizational levels.
