Job Description:

  • Facilitate clients for their financing requirements, manage drawdown requests, and complete required formalities for disbursement.
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure resolution of pre and post-disbursement formalities related to loan cases.
  • Perform financial analysis and draft reports on potential and new customers.
  • Develop term sheets and other credit-related materials to obtain internal approvals from risk management.
  • Liaise with operations, risk, and legal departments to manage and monitor advances.
  • Accompany senior asset staff to customer calls, write call reports, and maintain a journal of interactions.
  • Manage all disbursement day formalities for the asset team.
  • Assist the Head of Business in developing marketing material for partner financial institutions.
  • Guide clients on operational procedures.
  • Devise strategies to align PMRC products with changing market dynamics.

Qualification: At least a Graduate, preferably a Master's (MBA – Marketing) from a reputed HEC-recognized institute.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the asset department of a financial institution, with a good understanding of prudential regulations (corporate and consumer). Must possess outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
