Alpha Estimation is a growing cost estimation company serving general contractors, subcontractors, and developers across North America. We help construction businesses win more bids by providing accurate, fast, and professional cost estimates tailored to their needs. From residential to commercial, we deliver clarity and confidence in every takeoff.
The Role:
We're looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Representative to join our team. Your mission: bring in new construction clients who need our cost estimation services and help us grow our footprint across the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and reach out to general contractors, subcontractors, and developers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Set appointments and collaborate with the technical team to close deals
- Follow up consistently and keep CRM (Zoho) updated with client interactions
- Educate prospects on the value of outsourcing estimation and how we solve their pain points
- Collaborate on campaigns, scripts, and strategies to improve outreach results
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident with cold calling and handling objections
Experience in sales, preferably in construction, SaaS, or professional services
Self-starter who can manage time and targets independently
Familiarity with construction industry or cost estimation is a big plus
CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is nice to have
