The role is ideal for those eager to kickstart their career in sales with a strong focus on cold calling. You'll play a critical role in engaging potential customers and setting the stage for successful sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and interest in our solutions.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture interest and build relationships.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions for qualified leads.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling and engaging with prospects.
- Resilient, persistent, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of calls and follow-ups.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- A team player with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
