Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Design key performance indicators of B2C (Used car) inventory team that ensures maximum throughput of Ads, quality of adverts and resource optimization.
  • Possess the ability to operationalize the key success activities driven by the key objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor the trajectory of organic ads and lead the corresponding necessary actions required with the help of key stakeholders.
Sales Management:
  • Design comprehensive KPIs for Internal Sales team that ensures sales and its quality.
  • Operational control that leads to standardization and resource optimization.
  • Explore and generate other sources of revenue from existing and new products.
  • Materialize synergies that exist between the inventory and sales streams.
  • Lead and drive B2C segment as an independent business unit.
  • Proficient in making, operationalizing, and executing established norms and 'best practices' of Outbound teams.
Job Specification

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Must have an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in managing a large direct sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
  • Strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
