HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
and office clients, and we're looking for a
Business Manager
to join us. This role blends
sales, numbers, and strategy
— perfect for someone who wants to learn fast and grow with a startup.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in
Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields - 0-1 Years of Sales Experience
- Strong
analytical and numerical skills
(percentages, margins, growth) - Familiarity with
CRM tools
and client tracking (or willingness to learn quickly) - Clear and persuasive
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work
independently and remotely
when required - Resilience
when facing rejections and confidence in decision-making - Curiosity about
sales, sustainability, and consumer behavior - (Plus: experience in strategy, financial planning, or environmental issues)
What You Will Do
- Build and manage the
sales pipeline
in cafés, gyms, restaurants, and offices - Track and follow up with clients through
CRM management - Support
pricing and margin analysis
to keep sales profitable - Coordinate with operations to ensure
on-time deliveries and client satisfaction - Contribute ideas to
grow HYDR8's market presence
in Lahore and Islamabad
