Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to clients and internal departments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when requested.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate and monitor sales orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM or other relevant databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to ensure sales alignment with promotional strategies.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Track sales targets and provide necessary documentation or support to ensure successful deal closures.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience of 6 months or above in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
