Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Timings: Weekly Rotational Shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) | 5 Days a Week

About the Role:

We're seeking a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams. You'll handle multiple conversations, prioritize tasks, and drive efficiency with a calm, solution-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely task execution and resolution of service requests

Manage client communication via calls, messages, and emails in a professional and responsive manner

Handle property-related and maintenance service coordination, ensuring smooth logistical flow

Maintain real-time communication with both field and back-office teams

Own assigned tasks with minimal supervision and ensure all responsibilities are followed through to completion

Key Skills & Qualities Required:

Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent multitasking with a flexible, adaptive mindset

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude

Comfort with basic tech tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task management apps, mobile tools)
