We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and online platforms.
- Pitch and promote digital services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Creation, and Branding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering custom solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management in a marketing/creative agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends is a plus.
