Location: I-10/3, Islamabad (In-Office, Night Shift)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Duration: 3-4 Months (Performance-Based Completion)

Stipend: PKR 25,000/month + Performance Bonuses

As a Marketing & SMS Outreach Trainee, you'll play a critical role in our US-based lead generation campaigns while receiving hands-on training from professionals working in international markets. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Execute SMS marketing campaigns to engage with US-based prospects
  • Research and compile prospect data for outreach
  • Respond to and qualify leads via SMS
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule discovery calls
  • Receive consistent training, feedback, and performance coaching
  • Work alongside a growth-driven team focused on international business success

Who Should Apply:

  • Students or fresh graduates
  • Excellent English writing and comprehension skills
  • Strong interest in sales, outreach, or digital marketing
  • Must be available for a full-time night shift (6 PM - 3 AM), Monday to Friday
  • Must be able to work 100% on-site at our I-10 Islamabad office
  • Must own a working laptop and bring it to the office daily
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
