We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our growing remote team. This role is central to identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals, deliver tailored presentations, and ensure a seamless client onboarding and retention process.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the eCommerce space.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent eBro Solution at virtual networking events and industry forums.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Planning, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong background in market research and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across remote teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
