Role: Business Development Manager (Remote | Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our growing remote team. This role is central to identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals, deliver tailored presentations, and ensure a seamless client onboarding and retention process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the eCommerce space.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent eBro Solution at virtual networking events and industry forums.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Planning, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in market research and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across remote teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
