As Lead Fleet Sales BD at PakWheels.com, you'll be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth in the banking, insurance, and corporate sectors. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients in banking, insurance, and corporate segments.
- Conduct regular client visits across the country to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of services.
- Reconcile account receivables and invoices to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maximize business share with existing customers by identifying and addressing client needs.
- Analyze market potential and industry trends to identify opportunities within the assigned segments.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies for market expansion.
- Execute strategies to achieve increased market share and convert potential clients into long-term customers.
Qualifications:
- Graduation/Masters in the relevant field.
- Total number of years of experience of about 7-10.
- Should have experience on the product side in a banking environment.
- Should have sales experience.
