Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore District for a Health & Safety and Lifting Equipment Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting safety training sessions, ensuring workplace safety, and providing instruction on proper use of lifting equipment. Key duties also include developing and implementing health and safety protocols, conducting occupational health assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in Health & Safety and Lifting Equipment Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, ensuring compliance with international safety standards, and enhancing workforce competence in occupational health & safety and lifting equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·Conduct training sessions on Health & Safety and Lifting Equipment Handling.

Develop and update training materials as per industry standards.

·Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other relevant safety standards.

·Train individuals and corporate clients in First Aid, Defensive Driving, Electrical Safety, and Lifting Equipment Operation.

·Assess trainees' performance and provide feedback for improvement.

·Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in health & safety training.

·Stay updated on industry best practices and certification standards.

·Coordinate with internal teams and clients to schedule and deliver training programs.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

·Defensive Driving Trainer Certification

·Electrical Safety Trainer Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

·Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

·Experience in corporate training or technical safety training.
