WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Research and identify high-potential leads using various channels and tools (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn).
- Initiate conversations in a friendly and approachable manner to build rapport.
- Target and qualify leads specifically in the US market, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Master the ability to evangelize the Kwanso story
- Conduct proactive prospecting calls to identify and cultivate potential leads.
- Maintain consistent outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to keep prospects engaged.
- Take the first calls with prospects to assess their needs, introduce our services, and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Keep meticulous records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in a CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends to personalize outreach and communicate value effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in the US market).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects in a friendly and natural manner.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate and qualify leads.
- Persistence and resilience to follow up with leads and handle objections effectively.
- Knowledge of the technology industry or experience selling software/services is a plus.
