Position: Senior Zoho Developer
Location: On-site (Contracted through TWC International – Pakistan)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Zoho Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead Zoho implementation projects, design CRM solutions, and collaborate closely with the solutions team. Your technical leadership will play a critical role in delivering scalable systems that align with our clients' evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis and Solution Design

● Analyze and evaluate client business systems and user needs

● Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

● Document requirements, define scope, and align deliverables with business objectives

● Lead discovery sessions and gather insights from stakeholders

● Recommend improvements to processes and systems through data-driven analysis

● Maintain strong relationships with users to optimize systems and integration

Development and Implementation

● Develop applications using Zoho Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, CRM, Projects, Desk, People, Recruit, and other Zoho tools

● Integrate Zoho systems with third-party applications using REST APIs

● Design and implement custom workflows, automations, and functions

● Troubleshoot and maintain webhooks, workflows, dashboards, and reports

● Customize and administer Zoho One applications including CRM, Desk, Projects, and Cliq

● Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design to post-deployment support

Team Leadership and Collaboration

● Lead and mentor a team of Zoho developers

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery

● Promote and enforce development best practices and quality standards

● Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field

● Minimum 4 years of hands-on Zoho development experience

● Proficiency in Zoho One suite, Deluge scripting, and Zoho Flow

● Proven experience in Zoho implementation projects and team collaboration

● Understanding of automated software quality assurance processes and SDLC

● Excellent communication and leadership skills
