We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for our Karachi office. If you have a passion for assisting customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  2. Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Minimize customer wait times by coordinating queues effectively.
  4. Clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and service policies.
  5. Verify and qualify customers per company guidelines.
  6. Handle AR and collection tasks while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in customer support or call center roles.
  2. Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  3. Familiarity with AR processes, collections, and outbound calls.
  4. Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and meet performance targets.
