We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for our Karachi office. If you have a passion for assisting customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Minimize customer wait times by coordinating queues effectively.
- Clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and service policies.
- Verify and qualify customers per company guidelines.
- Handle AR and collection tasks while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer support or call center roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Familiarity with AR processes, collections, and outbound calls.
- Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and meet performance targets.
