Senior Project Coordinator Role

About the Job:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating project activities, including planning, review, demo, and meetings. They will track and communicate project status and progress, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project planning, reviews, demos, and meetings to ensure timely completion and effective communication
  • Monitor and report project status and progress to stakeholders
  • Assist with internal and external communication to promote transparency and information sharing
  • Support prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs to maintain high-quality deliverables
  • Maintain accurate process documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools such as MS Project, Project Server, and MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and skill sets
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and provide insightful solutions
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborative leader with strong decision-making skills and ability to drive results
