Digital Marketing Specialist

Le-Codeur is looking for his prestigious European client a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible to support the Director of Sales & Marketing in planning, execution and supervision of successful e-marketing campaigns, collateral design and development, PR support, website content, maintain promotional materials and prepare marketing reports and presentations. He will interface with sales department to assist in the creation of effective marketing pieces. This position supports the organization in generating profitable revenue to increase market share, and brand awareness for the company and services.

Essential Functions

• Excellent writing and oral British English is a must.
• Provides assistance in the overall direction and coordination of marketing.
• Responsible for distribution of materials for foreign media, and establishes a strong rapport with PR firms and advertising agencies.
• Assists with the preparation and execution of various marketing campaigns; coordinates and manages landing pages and social media campaigns.
• Manages timely completion of all marketing projects and works with departments to successfully market amenities; follows up with departments to ensure satisfaction of finished product.
• Assists with developing annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department.
• Assists with brand development and protection and maintains records of all awards and recognitions.
• Assists with eMarketing strategies, special event coordination, all public relations, news & media activities and inquiries.
• Maintains and grows business with effective marketing plans and programs.
• Focuses on marketing initiatives to create customer loyalty and increase market share.
• Provides marketing channel mix (e.g. advertising (on and off-line), promotions, public relations, direct mail, email, and demand generator links) planning as part of the overall property and market cluster plans.
• Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals.
• Works within an approved budget.
• Looks for ways to promote and improve quality.
• Works with integrity and values; upholds organizational values.
• Must be able to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication, expressing ideas in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner. Exhibits good listening and comprehension skills while asking questions as necessary to remain adequately informed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing or sales or e-commerce.
• At least one year public relations experience preferred.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher). Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and/or other design software preferred.
• Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.
• Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Must have excellent skills working with internal and external clients.
• Must be able to articulate and follow brand vernacular and creative guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks from the creative process through production effectively and within deadlines.
• Competent in written and verbal communication.
• Preference will be given to UK/USA return candidates.
