Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Executive located in Lahore. The Inbound Sales Executive will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, nurturing leads, and converting them into customers. Daily tasks include responding to potential client inquiries, providing product or service information, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market research
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
