We are looking for a Senior Executive Client Servicing with a strong background in managing client relationships within a creative or marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced settings.

You'll serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams—ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, and outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Gain a deep understanding of client goals, brand identity, and challenges. Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal teams.
  3. Coordination & Execution
  4. Work closely with creative, digital, strategy, and production departments to deliver projects and campaigns efficiently, within scope and deadlines.
  5. Campaign Oversight
  6. Manage end-to-end project timelines and deliverables. Ensure accurate implementation of client feedback and timely revisions.
  7. Upselling & Client Growth
  8. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the business development team to upsell relevant services.
  9. Reporting & Feedback
  10. Provide clients with regular progress updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Handle client concerns proactively to maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
  11. Strategic Input
  12. Offer ideas and feedback to improve campaign performance, client retention, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role within an agency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and complex expectations
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational abilities
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Capable of navigating high-pressure situations with professionalism

Location: On-site (Lahore)

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred
