Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Investment Advisors to join our dynamic sales team for our projects in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate sales, a proven track record of closing deals, and expertise in managing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell residential and commercial projects to prospective clients.
  2. Conduct client meetings and effectively present project features and benefits.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  4. Provide market insights to help clients make informed investment decisions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless after-sales service and documentation.
  6. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate project sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Karachi real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
