Position: Services Account Executive (Digital Marketing)

Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (1 day/week in office)

Serving: Global Clients

Salary Range: PKR 75,000 – 100,000/month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Digital Marketing Services

About the Role:

9Xero Digital Ltd., a UK-registered global digital agency, is hiring a Services Account Executive for our Islamabad office. This is a client-facing delivery role where you'll handle global clients, ensure top-notch service delivery, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients


• Communicate requirements clearly to internal teams


• Maintain timely follow-ups and professional tone throughout


• Ensure deliverables (social media content, ads, designs, reports) are delivered on time


• Track and manage task progress using tools like Asana, Drive, and Gmail


• Review work before sending to clients and ensure quality standards are met


• Share regular updates and reports with clients


• Gather client feedback and coordinate solutions internally


• Identify upselling opportunities and support account growth


• Coordinate with designers, content creators, ad specialists, and developers


• Follow SOPs and ensure accountability within the team


• Maintain documentation of work, access, and progress

Requirements:


• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or client services


• Solid understanding of digital services (social media, ads, design, content, etc.)


• Great communication and coordination skills


• Strong command over tools like Asana, Google Drive, Gmail, Canva


• Proactive mindset and ability to handle pressure


• Highly organized and performance-driven
